Halibut Otolith Studs

Did you know that you can look at the otolith(ear bone) of a fish and tell how old it is just like looking at the rings of a tree? Pretty neat - like these earrings! These cute and unique earrings are handmade from sterling silver and feature Sonoran Mountain turquoise stones. Attached at the bottom is the otolith of a halibut, wire wrapped with silver craft wire.
